Moto G5 launched in India and Spain

The Moto G5 and G5 Plus are already available in Latin America, the US, and some European countries. They're also now available in India and Spain, as Motorola launched them this week in both countries.

The Moto G5 Plus had already been launched in India as a Flipkart exclusive, but now the G5 was launched as an Amazon exclusive, for Rs. 11,999. The Indian version will come with 3GB of RAM this time. It will be available starting tomorrow.

Meanwhile, Spain launched both Gs yesterday at a "Cocina con Moto" (cook with Moto) event at a restaurant. The main news from this event is that Motorola Spain's Director, Juan Carlos de la Vela confirmed the Motorola brand is coming back in full force (and name) to the country (and some others). The visuals during the launch event give a glimpse of how Lenovo and Motorola brands can co-exist peacefully and complement themselves. And it looks very nice.

With these two releases, the Moto G5 global release is 99% done. This is the first time in years that a release reaches most countries in a little more than a month since the phone was announced.
