This is the Motorola Twister

Another day, another old gem found! This is a Moto concept phone from five years ago, called the Motorola Twister, or at least that was the project name.

In many ways, this looks like a Sony Xperia phone, right? The square edges, the boxy design and the overall feeling makes it look like it. In terms of specs, you would be looking at a mid-ranger or even a low-end device.

It comes with a big Motorola wordmark on the front, physical navigation buttons, and a microUSB + microHDMI port on the top, possibly allowing the Motorola Webtop ecosystem, which allowed you to cast desktop mode on any HDMI-compatible screen. Remember, this is a concept from 2012.

A speaker on the bottom, HD Video and Ice Cream Sandwich are the only features we know apart from what we already told you, though you can see it comes with the low-end version of ICS Motorola released for Latin American and Asian low end devices.

Thanks Motorola Fan "XF" for the tip!
